hi
im filling out the forms to sponsor my korean husband to canada, we r trying to do it before jan 1 coz
i heard on the news that there will be a change of law regarding the family class sponsorship and
it will get harder!

im just wondering, since we are legally married both in korea and canada, do we still have to complete
the declaration of common-law union form?Huh

also, does anyone know if i should send my completed documents to canada directly or the embassy?
and what if they found out there are more documents they need from me? will i have to re-do everything???

hope someone can give us some help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! really appreciate it thanks  Smiley

Since you are legally married you do not need to fill in the common-law declaration form.

Read the instructions.  The Guide tells you what to do and where to send the forms.

Spousal sponsorships do not require a co-signer.  Write N/A in that section or Not Applicable.
