URGENT need everyone's advice

hi everyone,,,,,,i have appeared for ielts,,,,scored 7 band....bur overall score of mine to apply for PR is 64......what to do now,,,,,neither i have arranged employment ,,,i have my grandmother relatives,,,will it be consider( my grandma brother and grandma nephew)...please guide me for the same......
