URGENT MISTAKE

I called the call center this past week and asked about this question, and the person who I spoke with said that if I had had a work permit at the time I filled out the application, my answer should still have been "no" because I am from a visa-exempt country. She also said that if they had any questions about it, they would would contact me and not to worry about it.

about the background declaration which is answer yes ,thats ive been refuse for temporRY resident visa..my problem is i applied 4 yrs ago for tourist visa, but i didnt put the details below, i only put the most recent which is last august 2010 when i was refused too, i didnt put the other details beacuse i cnt remember it anymore, the refusal letter was thrown out already, should i call them and tell them that i didnt put other details ?i worry they will think its misrepresentation.

Send in an explanation that you forgot to include the first refusal. Even if you don't remember the exact date or other details, just give the approximate date. They will be able to find it, and will not accuse you of misrepresentation.

Hello all,

it's been 3 months now since I got approved as a sponsor and we received no AOR from Bogota so I can't send a correct form. Should I fax them anyways and send the CSQ at the same time (since Quebec is known to not send them very often)...I am stressed about this error...

HI, im in the same boat as u, i sent a correction (additional info of past refusal)at cpc m then my sponsor call the call center if it was added the guy said resend it the visa office to be safe, so i email the visa ofice csq, i Actually emailed them twice cos i made mistake in attchments i press send instead of upload so 1st email is incomplete,so i sent it 2 times puting a note about the mistake(imagine how stressful is that,keepp doing mistake ), but i assume they will read my 2 email, im still waiting for my aor too its been 17 days, i sent email just to be sure and make myself comfortable, so that in case they question me about correcting it, i did my best to correct the mistake i did via leter and email) , i didnt get auto reply but i assume that get it, im just sharing u my story, not telling u what to do, maybe we should wait for other senior members to comment
