URGENT - Medical Request Letter Lost . Attn Qorax/Leon/PMM

I have not received the Medical Request Letter.
When I sent an email to CHC asking for status of my case, they replied to me, that they asked for
1. right of Landing Fee and
2. sent me the medical request letter back in July 2010.
They also confirmed that I had 30 days to complete the medical.
But I have not received any document like that yet.

I have replied to that email stating the same.

But I am scared what will happen in this situation ?

Any one has idea .. what will happen now ?

Dont panic...off course this can worry any body but this happens a lot.

Send an email to CHC detailing situation and request to resend the document. Also suggest them to send an email upon despatch of documents so u remain alert

Probably you can sent an e mail to your VO  (better to send a fax copy as well) requesting to send a soft copy of the earlier sent MR and RPRF. There are example that someone received the MR through e.mail and it works same... Since you have 30 days left better be hurry and also check for earliest appointment at your local DMP (The list of your DMP you can access from CIC web page). So hurry up, buddy, email the VO explaining the non receipt of Med request as in the CAIPS , have an appointment with the DMP, get your Meds done and then wait for the PP request!

All have advised u correctly... Yes, send your VO an email asap - requesting them to reSend your Med Forms. Yes, there's a delay - but eventually the compensation would be worth the wait!
