a young woman i know from mozambique has just flown to toronto & had her visitor visa cancelled on the spot.  due to travel problems, she missed a conference she was coming for.  immigration has cancelled her visa and are putting her back on a plane in a matter of hours, and i'm wondering if i can appeal the process before it's too late?

what is the reason they stated for cancellation of the visa?
