Hi,
As a FSW i have landed in vancouver, my cousin stays in quebec. Can I give his address for postage of PR card.
Please assist at the earliest.

Give friends address in Vancouver or hire a post box of Canada post and give that address.
I think you can not give Quebec address being a FSW.
Please wait for 2nd opinion from seniors.
