Urgent Immigiration Information Required?!!!

hi everyone;
hope u all doing fine;

i need some info, for canadian immigiration/skilled workers. basically, currently i'm residencing in UK on a work permit ( 2 years), i'm looking to move to canada, i have done my MSC in telecommunication from Uk, and my bachelor  engineering degree from pak. right now doing job here. But due to strict immigiration rules and sudden changes here imio thinking to move to another country for better life. now my questions are:

- what documents are required for quebec region ? bcz i search i can only go there becz of my relevant profession or is there any other region i can apply?.

- is it ILETS necessary? or french language?? as ma whole education is in english.

-how long the process will take?

- can i apply from Uk within these two years? or i hv to go back to my home country?

- how much money i have to show in the form of bank statement as a financial supports?

- any other documents??

If you will read through the Guide, you will get better view of the whole process. Also check the "Check Lists" of CIO and Visa Office Specific to your region.
CIC website will answer most of your questions. IELTS is madatory.  I think if you have stayed for 1 year in UK you should be able to apply there.
