As I said in the subject line, I already signed up with bank A for mortgage but I haven't paid my downpayment yet. And I got another approval from bank B with better rate plus bridge loan (something happened to me suddenly so can't pay downpayment in full so needed bridge loan) and I just signed it yesterday.

So do you think Bank A will just let me go if I tell them that I don't need mortgage from you?.. my major concern is that I already signed......but didn't give them a downpayment yet.

What do you think? Is this matter like I might be sued or have to go to court?

Thank you in advance for all your responses.
