Urgent hepl needed regarding NOC

Please help me. Seattle office has asked me some updated forms and documents. Regarding IMM008 Schedule 3, in my original application, I mentioned one of my NOC as 0211 (engineering Manager) but I think that job profile more resembles to 0911 (manufacturing Manager). My main jobs and duties in my updated letter and in my original letter is close to 0911 but the embassy has already calculated my points and gave me full points with NOC 0211.

My question is: In my updated schedule 3 form, do I mention same NOC 0211 or do I change it to 0911 and explaining this in the cover letter. Please advise. i applied in 2008 under International student stream.
