I made it since 3 days but no response tell now
even the automatic acknowledgment they said
on the same site the web form present

I don't know why no automatic response tell now?

Hi ebreomfagi,

I emailed london office using their web form. I made a case specific enquiry because, like you, I did not receive my 2nd AOR for almost 4 months. They replied to me after 3 weeks. I did not receive any automated reply as well. Its normal. wait until the 28 days they alloted to reply then fire another email. I hope this helps you lessen your worry, Ok?   . BTW, they informed me my new file number in their reply.

Sometimes, the web-form goes into a deep sleep. I usually write to:

"re-london-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca"

I received response in 2-3 business days, but there is no automated acknowledgement when you e-mail this address. Please provide your application number, your date of birth, nationality etc when you write them.
