i have bacholar degree in engineering 15 years and i studed high diploma in engineering 2 years , the total number of years i studed 17 years , how many points i will get in this factor ,pls advice

Thanks, iam from jordan but my bacholar degree in computer engineering 15 years , and the attened to master degree 2 years program but i didn't complete my thesis in master that why i aslk them to gave me high diploma
