Urgent Help - Refusal Letter - Student Visa Pakistani national in Abu Dhabi

Dear All,
 
My name is Ahamd today i received refusal letter from CHC Abu Dhabi stating that;
 
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay in reaching this decision; i considered several factors, including
 
1.   Your travel history
2.   Purpose of visit
3.   Your personal assets and financial status [my paternal uncle is my sponsor he has well established business]

Kindly suggest what should I do?

I am working in Dubai, as a Administrator, I have Executive MBA degree and now i applied for Business Administration diploma Ontario.

The first problem you have is that taking a Business Administration diploma after an MBA makes absolutely no sense (course mismatch). Why would you take a diploma after completing an advance degree in the same subject area? This does not make sense from either an education or career standpoint.

If you want to apply again, you need to pick a course of study that makes sense given your past education and experience.

Thank you very much for your kind reply....

My whole experience is related to Administration and my Education also belongs to Business. After serving national and international organizations I have come to know that the people who has only Diploma [without graduation/post-graduation] from Abroad i.e. Canada, Australia, UK they are getting higher salary than me. This is the motivation factor for me to go abroad and have at least Diploma.
No i am planning to apply for Post graduate diploma which will match with my studies as well as my experience.
Kindly suggest me what should I do?

I have applied in ABU DHABI as well.
Ur documents need to be perfect.
I also think there is a study mismatch. Although u have ur own reasons, its not enuf to convince the visa officer. So try and pick some other course.
Regarding the financial issue, what all did u show?

And whats with the travel history?

 My CGPA is 3.33/4 in Executive MBA- Concentration Marketing and I applied for Canada visa on the basis of Post Secondary Diploma in Business Administration I believe that due to course mismatch I received rejection. VO said “if you wish to reapply, I would suggest that you do so only if your situation has changes substantively of you have significant new information to submit”

For new Information, I am trying to secure admission in Post Graduation Diploma (Business Human Resources Management) as I am working as Administrator in HR Department of Construction Company in Abu Dhabi.

My paternal uncle was my sponsor VO asked to show him any documents which demonstrate this relation. Secondly, I furnished my uncle declaration, Bank Statement, ID Copy and Bank Letter and VO required sources of Income, uncle has Gold Smith business in Pakistan.

VO wrote, there is no information about your own assets and financial status. Should I show him documents related to a Plot which is on my name in Pakistan? And my personnel bank Statement which has now only AED 15K before it was 25K.

Most importantly, Travel history? What should I show him; I visited Pakistan only once from September 2010 to December 2011 and before this I never went to any other country?

When you applied, after how may weeks you get this refusal.

I suggest you, re-apply but for higher program.

Hi, I am Farah, from Abu Dhabi, I did MBA in Marketing from Lahore. I applied via consultant in CDI College Toronto for Higher Secondary diploma in HR and I received Rejection from CHC Abu Dhabi stating that;

•   You have not provided documents demonstrating the relationship between you and your sponsor.
•   Your personal assets and financial status “my paternal uncle is my sponsor he is a goldsmith”

Now I made following changes please guide me is this enough for me or should I change more things.
•   Now I am getting admission in PGD – HR in Humber College for September 2012 Session.
•   Regarding my Travel history I visited Pakistan twice during my stay in UAE and  I will mentioned this on excel sheet [its been 16 months in am in UAE].
•   I will rewrite my SOP.
•   Regarding Sponsor.... I applied for Bank loan here in UAE and hopefully I will get AED 60,000/- [RS. 1,500,000/-] and I have AED 30,000/- already in my account [Rs. 750,000/-]. Total AED 90,000/- and equivalent to Pakistani Rupees 2,100,000/- is this enough for one year post graduation diploma?
•   There is a 10 Marla plot on my name net value Rs. 1,700,000/- attaching this documents as well.
•   Does there any need to attached or mentioned uncle Bank statement or other supporting documents
