whats the best way to prove to the visa officer that we would return to our home country at the end of our course.
how can we show our family ties and property. any particular document to show the family ties.

In my case, the property is in my parents name, will it still work in my favor?? if yes how do i show it to them???

Hi,

It's simple, you need;

1. A good academic history/grades.
2. A "competitive" study plan/course selection in Canada.
3. IELTS of 6.5+
4. As a minimum, 1st year tuition + CAD 10,000
5. Better if you can submit "self" income tax details, work experience letter and payment of tuition fees in advance.
6. It would be 'much better' if you can show your financial capacity by way of a certified bank loan.

Really, nothing else is required.

Hi,

1. It depend on your loan requirement. As per your requirement you may seek a full loan (85% in case of Indian banks) or 1st year equivalent of tuition fees. Once again, a certified study loan is the "most effective" way to show/prove your financial capacity.
