hi,

in the background declaration form..there's a personal history section..

they are telling to start with the most recent information..

so how to start this.. go backwards in time..

2012-01 to 2007-05 ( going backwards in time) is this correct..
2007-05 to 2005-08


please help..

and again they are saying do not leave any gaps...

please tell me if my dates mentioned above contain gaps or is it incorrect?

its clearly mention on form, you should start from most recent first using columns
From(MM/YYYY)   ->  To (MM/YYYY)

To 01/2012 From  05/2007
To 05/2007 From  08/2005
