please help me as i am so worried for this issue. my visa office is London. we need to submit a Immigration Summary Form. but the wordings are so confusing that i don't understand as who has to complete this form. it's only me (principal applicant) & my wife (family member).

so that u can give me proper guidance i am putting here the exact lines as to who has to complete the form: ''THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN DUPLICATE FOR ALL PERSONS 18 YEARS & OVER AND SHOULD BE THE SAME INFORMATION AS THE INFORMATION ON THE IMMIGRATION APPLICATION FORM''
