urgent help needed filliing up Sponsorship evalutaion IMM5481

Dear all,
Please help me out. I am struggling to fiil up the IMM 5481 sponsorship evaluation form and get confused. To understand my case I am giving you details of my case briefly.
I got immigration under skilled worker catagory in 2009. In my application I included my new born daughter as my acompanying dependent and my husband as non acompanying. Now I am applying to sponsor my huband and my son who was born after my landing in 2010. I am applying for outland. I am filling up the form this way:
in IMM 5481"Number of family members included undertakings in effect and not yet in effect"

5. A) Current undertaking -02 (my husband and son)- am I right?
    B) Previous undertakings : Not applicable. As I never sponsor any one before. My daughter was included with my PR application.
6. Persons not included in 5 above if applicable
B) Every other family member not included above and dependent on you  financially -01 ( My daughter)
I am writing on the back of the page " My daughter beame PR as my accompanying dependent child".
7. Total number of persons -04

Details of family members and persons included in undertakings in effect or not yet in effect

5.B)i) not applicable
5.B)ii) Not applicable
6.A) Not applicable
6.B) Every other family member dependent on you, whether they are living with you or not and not listed in question 5.B) above- I will write my daughter's name here.

Please tell me what I am doing is right or wrong? Sorry for the long emal. But I really need your valuable suggestion. I am eagerly waiting for your reply.
