Urgent help needed CIC London informed RPRF not received Qorax plz help

hello everyone

I am an old applicant and send my RPRF last march and I have a confirmation from registered online tracking stating it has been received by CIC London, yet they emailed us last week that we have not received your RPRF. Its so frustrating. I have to get the entire thing done again, guess this is a new way of delaying from London office now. Do anyone know how to lodge a grevience against such irresponsible administration. many thanks guys and any kind of input to this highly appreciated.
