Please help!

To apply for PCC from India consulate do we need to sign on all the papers / notarize all the documents before sending them to India Consulate. Also please let me know if I need to send I-797 original approved copy and I-94, as I don't have H1 stamp in my Pass port due to change of status done in US recently from L1? Else I just need to send Xerox copies of I-797 and I-94?

Also let me know if I can request for the Birth Cirtificate from Indian consulate, though I did not born in US.

Thanks for all your help in advance.

1. Just sign the form, with copies of your pps & US visa page.
2. As part of their consular services most have a system of providing Birth Certs. U need to check that.

Please let me know if any one visited the Washington Visa office in person for the PCC and let me know how long it would take for getting PCC if you visit in-person.

Thanks
