Allah submit my application within a 2 days. I want your advise Am i late to submit my application??? What you people suggest to me??? How much chances that I will get the visa?? I request to All of you to share useful information with me.. I am waiting for your replies. please buddies help me please..

Visa processing time is vary depend on country or Visa office, it will take between 3 to 13 weeks if you are from Asia and Pacific region and 2-16 weeks if you are from Africa and Middle East, (check this link for your V.O)  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp/students.asp#asia
You can submit your application with all required documents ASAP.
You can write the letter to Seneca College and inform your visa status, if they can allow you to join after few weeks in same semester.
