but on line decision made before medical?
u have similer case they send same e-mail to them?

Dear zakout76,

As you quoted CHC saying in their e-mail of 29th September 2009 to contact them in 2 weeks if you still did not receive the letter.

Now more than 2 weeks have passed and you have not yet received the letter. I think you should write them about it and request a scanned copy of the letter by e-mail.

this letter i recived on 20oct
and they said if i didint get reply after 2 week then contact us

what i will do
its bad sign?
