Dear zakout76,

As you quoted CHC saying in their e-mail of 29th September 2009 to contact them in 2 weeks if you still did not receive the letter.

Now more than 2 weeks have passed and you have not yet received the letter. I think you should write them about it and request a scanned copy of the letter by e-mail.
