hi all

my on line status decision made
and today i recived e-mail from london said as following/

Please be advised that a letter has been sent to your mailing address in Kuwait on the 29th September 2009.  Kindly contact us in 2 weeks if you still did not receive the letter

what this mean

Hi,

As you have not posted your application time line ffed back, it is difficult to say what CHC mean.
I  guess,  the letter may for  PCC and you have to wait for the  the mail.

We received your application for permanent residence on January 8, 2009.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on January 15, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on June 23, 2009

PCC means Police Clearance Certificate.

You have to wait for the letter sent by post. Just relax.

Well, the likelihood of it being a rejection is high but don't be absolutely sure. You will recieve the letter soon. Maybe in the next few days, so relax and chill out.

zakout.....why do you think your application will be rejected? maybe the "decision made" is just an error or something....you might be receiving medical soon...i have known of some who has the same timelines and not get anything to date....just believe and pray...

be positive about your application unless there is a major thing that can reject your application like Fraud or something....

WHEN THEY SEND IT 29SEP THE STATUS WAS IN THE SYSTEM IN PROCESS AND TILL NOW WHEN I CLICK TO DECISION MADE THEY GIVE THE OLD DETAILS THEY NOT SAY THAT OFFICE WILL CONTACT U REGARDING THE DECION

Dear Mohammad
CHC London announced in their website that they had some problem with Royal Mail and they want to make sure you will or did receive their letter.
you can check their website and read news.
Don't worry about it.
