Urgent Help - Doubt in filling forms.

I have one doubt about the form filling. We know there are two checklist , one for Visa office and one for CIO office. As you know in both checklist they are asking the same forms and IELTS results, my doubt is whether we should prepare TWO SET OF FORMS or Only one. Can any expertise please clarify my doubt.

all forms will remain the single copy.........but attachements are according to CIO, check list and visa office check list..........IELTS copy will be the single..........then the whole set of your file will be transfered to visa office so there is not need to make two set of every thing.......

Only one copy of firms and every other document as per the requirements in both checklist. If there is any duplication in checklist then you provide just one copy
