what happens..next if it really shut down..

Dear Sir,

I think you have to collect documents regarding your company shut down ( like Newspaper Cutting, Declaration of court for Shut down etc. ). When VO will ask for ur full documents, then you can submit as a prove of shut down.

I know a person who was not working at the time of application still got PRV.
So do not worry.
But make it a point to collect your experience certificate.
