Urgent , e-mail from CHC Islamabad

Dear All,
Hello to everyone of this forum!

Attention PM.

Finally after along waiting time, I received an e-mail from Islamabad CHC in which they have asked for some documents that should be submitted in original form within 60 days.

I am very excited since than and worried about the deadline. Because one of the requirements is IELTS certificate for English proficiency. As I checked the test date it is on April 19, and the deadline for the documents is April 22. So I can not submit it to them.

Please guide me what should I do, shall I send an e-mail to CHC for extension. I don't whether it will be accepted or not.

Hi,

Dont worry at all.Register yourself for the earliest possible date.Send CHC the receipt of IELTS exam alongwith other docs with a cover letter explaining the situation and that you will send them the results as soon as you receive .

from where you taking the ielts, which city,

there are plenty of options available

Thank you very much from your feedback.
I am living in Afghanistan and the earlies one is on March 05,but the seat is not available the next date is April19.

Next question is that shall I send my all original documents by post. and for proof of family member who is resident of Canada , what document should I send.

i see, dear can you travel to pakistan, you can write an email to visa office that next available test date is april 19 and provide a scan booking of the test date

i will provide you  a link on what documents to send for your relative.

always send documnets by courier like dhl or ups etc

Thank you very much for your advise, today I send an e-mail to CHC asking for extension of one more month. I hope they give me positive response. and for proof of relationship document, I check the link, it had useful informaion overall.
So any documnet thas I send as a proof of relationship, should be certified by Candian authrity like PR card or citzenship card , or telephon bill or etc. one or two would be enogh.

With reard to birth certificat, I and my wife do not have birth certificate, you may know that it was not usual in Afghanistan to get birth certificate. I think national ID card or Tazkira would be enugh, or shall wi provide it compulsary.

hamid with your email did you attach scanned proof of test booking date and ielts schedule that the next coming date is only available in april. this is evidence in support of your claim. if you haven't i think you should attach the scanned proof of test date you got from ielts centre.

any canadian doucment don't need to be certified in canada. photocopy is fine. my brother is also in canada and i only provided photocopies not a certified copy. they work. provide maximum documents for your relative, like bills, bank satements, tax statement, job letter, passport, pr card etc

yes i f you can't get brith certificate write that thing in cover letter that in afghanistan its very hard to get so you are providing tazkira, shinakti pass etc
