URGENT ANSWER PLS !

please, my question is this, i applied for immigration to canada since january this year and attended an immigration interview june this year too, but the alarming thing now is that i had a problem with my boss, he said that i stool his money but it´s not true and he treatened me that he´ll write to canadian embassey through his lawyer that i am a fraudster which he has done according to him. i want to know if the embaasey or the immigration officer takes an action to stop my application without hearing from me or the court if really it´s true that i did such. Another question is this, does his lawyer have the right to write to the immigration or the court to write to the immigration because i want to sue him and his lawyer for going to that extent without trying the case first to acertain if i am a fraudster or not. My medical will expire first week of next month pls help
