This is just an opinion, but still it is better to consult the seniors here, they are very helpfull. I think it will not be good to disclose your partner even if he is the father of your daughter. Canada is comitted to strong family relationship but for you I meant no harm feeling is can not be consider as a family because of no legal binding. The process is all have to do with legal docs and one thing more if your conjugal partner is migrating there with somebody it is complicated once again. I am sure you will go to process of interview with this situation also. Just my opinion. good luck on your application...
Thank you all for your comments. I thought no one will pay attention. Initially it was not my plan to indicate him on the application. However there is a portion there where an non accompanying parent should sign once I decided to bring our daughter to Canada.
So I think whether I like it or not I have to mention him on the application that he is already a Permanent resident in Canada.
Question if it will help my application is still undetermined.
