Hi ,
In my medical paper my DMP observed that the spose date of birth did not match passport DOB.

I checked the xerox copy of the forms that was submitted during the application process and found the following:

Permanent Residency Application Form - It has the incorrect date of birth  (dd/mm/yyyy). The wrong date has been put unintentionally by mistake due to the dd/mm convention.

Background Declaration Form(My Wife) - It has the correct date of birth of my wife. i.e (dd/mm/yyyy).

Additional Family Information Form(MyWife) - It has the correct date of birth of my wife  (dd/mm/yyyy).

I have emailed CHC of this fact on an urgent basis.

Can someone advice of what needs to be done.

Go ahead with the medicals. Let DMP make his/her observation on the form. Since, you have already pointed out this mistake to CHC, they will rectify it.

Yes, I second Thommo. Nothing to worry about once you have informed CHC.
