I know I've read this, but can't remember where it was on the CIC website. I'm wondering when my spouse will need to move to Canada after the application is approved. I remember that it has to be before the medical expires, but there was one more thing that it needed to be before.  Can anyone help me out, maybe point me to where I can find this on the site. Thanks.

Before the expiry of the visa, which is normally one year after the medical test.

Before the medical expires or before the passport expires, which ever comes first.
