Dear experts,
I have applied as a SIMPLIFIED APPLICANT on Sep. 2006. Last year, in December 2011, I submitted mt update file according to Warsaw request. Now that I review my copies, I see that there are some blank spaces which might be confusing. Besides, some of my information has changed including my new passport data. So, I want to fill again all of the forms and update them and send them with an update work certificate and police clearance. Is there any contraindication for re-submitting the IMM FORMS. Please let me have your recommendations.

What form number are you filling-up and need to submit? IMM0008ENU_2D (Generic Application form)?

I have completed all of the forms again, including IMM 0008. The pupose is putting N/A in blank spaces.

The visa office will ask you if they need any updated forms. If you wish to submit any additional documents like new passport copy or PCC,  you can send it with a covering letter quoting your file number on it, to your visa processing office.
