Have quick questions...
I recently got married and wanted to include my wife in the application too. I am doing the following:
1) Update the spouse information - Updated App for Perm Res, Updated Family Info Form, Payment (CAD 550).
2) Copy Marriage Certificate
3) PCC for my Wife (In Original)
4) Education Transcripts for my wife.
5) Proof of Financial Support (for two people)
Except PCC, I have rest of the above items ready to go. PCC will not be available until March 1st week. My file status is
'Pending Review'.
My questions:
1) Is it ok to send above documents without PCC for now and request them to allow sometime for PCC submission?
2) Is there anything else that needed to be submitted?
3) Can the Transcript be just the copy of degrees + Marksheets (Without attested and sealed)?

1. Yes, you can send other documents and later on can submit PCC.
2. Copy of passport and photographs of your wife
3. Transcripts in sealed envelop would have been better, in the absence send notarized copy of marksheets and degree.
