Updated Schedule 1 Requested by VO - PMM/Qorax Please Help !!!

Hi,
I had submitted additional docs to add my wife to the application. The VO came back asking for updated Schedule 1 as well.
Now, the situation is very tricky and I do not know the impact of it.

Some the the information that I provided on Schedule 1 before marriage has changed.

Like 1) Country of residence - It was US when I initially applied, now it is India.
      2) Status In that Country - It was Work Permit but now I have moved back to India.
      3) Personal History - I had shown that I am employed with a US based company, but now I am settled in India.
      4) Addresses

Q1: What will be the impact of updating the schedule 1 to say that I am no longer in US?
Q2: Will they ask me Indian PCC again now that I am in India? Earlier I had submitted PCC through Indian Consulate.


I have provided them with a US mailing address and Indian Residence Address.
