Updated Application for Spouse -- Please verify list of documents to be sent

Hi,
I am sending the following updated documents after marriage.

Can somebody please verify the list of documents I am going to send them tomorrow.

1) IMM5406E - additional Family Information (Updated Spouse Info)
2) Application for Perm Residence (Added Spouse Info)
3) IMM5620E - Fee Payment (for Spouse)
4) Notarized Educational Transcripts (for Spouse)
5) Bank Statements for proof of sufficient funds (For two people)
6) Passport Sized Photos for Spouse (How many do I need to send?)
7) Copy of Passport for Spouse (All pages)
8 ) Notarized Copy of Marriage Certificate
9 ) Wedding Card (as proof)  -- The card is in native language and not in English. Is this OK?
10) Photos of wedding (as proof) -- 5 pics with family and priest


PCC is not yet available...It's been 3 month since we applied. I decided to send out application without PCC (will send it later).
