My Case

My partner and I applied  under the FSW without including his child from a previous relationship because the child's mother refused to sign the no objections doc or release passport pictures for the child due to a relationship gone sour. The VO has asked that we provide passport pics for the child and that the child must undergo Medicals. We couldn't get the mother to sign doc a year ago. What do we do now?
