Until what time today does the Mississauga Office recieve applications ?

My colleague is planning to send a last minute application for PR for his parents and wants to know up to what time they will recieve the applications packages today?
If any one knows please respond.

Well, when I sent my package to the Missisauga courier address it couldn't be delivered the first time because there was no one to accept delivery, and this was around 4.35pm. Not sure if that helps. My package was successfully delivered the very next day.
