Hi there,

I am doing the B4 form etc for my wife and everything but then again I can't save it for her just to print it. She doesn't speak english or french so I need to do it. Any ways around it? I am using mac osx and foxit reader doesn't work...

You could print it, fill out the details, scan it and email it to her?
Then she can print it.

Thats what I'd do, but i'm not very good with computers!

CutePDF Form Filler is a nifty FREE utility that allows you to save forms filled in with the information you input. The free version allows you to save and edit only to new files, which may be annoying, but it does the trick, otherwise you'll have to invest in Adobe Acrobat or the full commercial version of CutePDF Form Filler.

I haven't played with the B4 form yet.

If you have to create the form fields then pdfescape.com it is the easiest to use.

If you then want to make the files savable and not just fillable/printable try PDFill. $20.00 (http://www.pdfill.com/)

I am going to stand corrected. I found Nitro PDF Reader. You can save the form fields with content of the forms you are filling out with this reader. LOVE IT.

This is a freebie and has a nice user interface with plenty of bells and whistles.

You can try to convert the B4 form to Excel first, then you could save all the content you edited and you could print it as your wishes.
Here you could find the best PDF Converter on mac in the world:
pdfpie.com/product/wondershare-mac-pdf-converter.html

Or you could try to edit it as an image via photoshop or image editing tools.

I'm also on OSX.  Do you have Preview?  I can save using that program and also edit text using the tools menu...
