Dear PMM,
Answering a question about university degrees, you said :
"Please read the instructions, you don't submit your certificate, you submit your marks in a sealed envelope from the school see: appendix A  "• Transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university sealed
envelopes."

PMM"
You mentioned appendix A, please tell me where can I find this appendix, please share with us the address where we can find these information.
Another question regarding the same issue is:
I graduated from a university in the far east 13 years ago, should I contact the university and ask them to send my transcripts to the Canadian Embassy in Israel whenever they ask for it? Or
Should I send the certified copies of these transcripts that I already have?
Thanks in advance,

1.  You contact the university and request your mark sheets in a sealed envelope with the university stamp to be sent to you.
2.  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/skilled-mission.html  for appendix A  Note that you won't require them until requested if you applied under the SAP.

Hi,

May I submit documents in the Hebrew or I must to translate in to English?

SOURCE: EG7.PDF page 20

Translation        Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
of
documents              • the English or French translation; and
                       • an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
                       • a certified copy of the document.

Note:  An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the
presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the
country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their
translation are a true translation and representation of the contents
                            of the original document.

Translations by family members are not acceptable.
