Can anyone explain the education requirements for Live-in caregiver
Does the live-in caregiver have to sucessfully complete canadian equivalent of grade 12.
If the Live-in caregive has completed grade 12, but failed 1 subject.  She has a certificate indicating the credits she has obtained.
Is this sufficient.  Will the cic look at the completion of grade 12 not the Diploma requirements.
Her education is from India.
Do you know of cases where they have made an exception.

If you have failed a subject, then you haven't completed Gr. 12.  I have never heard of CHC making an exception.
