what's CIIP stands for???

CIIP is a project funded by the Government of Canada and managed by the Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC). The project is designed to help immigrants under the Federal Skilled Worker Program prepare for integration to the Canadian labour market while they are still in their country of origin completing final immigration requirements.

So, like PMM said, it may not be Fake/Scam,  and believe me, PMM is always 99.999999999999999% right, most of the time Smiley))))

Hi,

Let me add something to this thread. Receiving a letter from Sask. is a good indication. They are trying to grab people who intend to stay in sask. I know that kind of letters, as someone else got the same letter long ago at this forum. In the Toronto star (newspaper in canada) There was a big article about PNPs and according to that Canadian Govt. is trying to get more people in perticular provices and that letter is a part of that. thanks

just my views............
