I just want to inquire the case of my friend, She went here in Ottawa under TRV as Live-in Caregiver from the Philippines. Upon her application there for work permit, she didn't declare her Common-law partner and her daughter. In a very personal reason, that her family didn't knew it. Now she's going to apply for Permanent Residence Visa next month because she already finished here 24months of full time employment. And she is very confuse right now, because she is going to declare that she has a Common- law partner and a daughter. Does it conflict her application for Permanent residence. Because she wants to bring her Partner and her daughter here in Canada. What are the possibilities for this case? We ask the opinion of our co- Caregivers here, that they told us that some people who had the same case was deported. We really need your Help?

Canada Immigration is not fond of liars. They tend to get grouped in under the "misrepresentation" category and get excluded for a 2 year period.

I do not endorse or recommend the services of CanadianVisa.com, nor to I dissuade you from using them. I am simply here to give advice from someone in my position, as this appears to be the only decent Immigration forum on the web.
