Unable to view ECAS status

Hi friends,
               I fiiled up my application on 19 Oct 2010 & recievd my 2nd AOR on 13 feb 2011. But till now i am unable to view my ECAS status. i have tried a lot bt couldnt chk my status. Is this happening with others r just me. Plz Share ur experience frnds so that who cannot view dere status can get bit relaxed. Thanks

U used an agent or applied all by urself?

R u using ur 2nd file no. to check Ecas ? Try using different initials in ur full name i.e family name or given name. it will help u. By the way what does ecas shows like we couldnot identify ur details ?

yes , i used an agent to file my application

Yes , i m using my 2nd file no. to check my Ecas. I have tried using names in different way bt it comes up with same msgs i.e. 'We were not able to identify you using the information you provided." I even had my telephonic interview on 11 may 2011. So i tght it shld start opening up til now, bt nthin happened. So nervous n tensed .....
