Unable to understand where my application got strucked

Hi,

I got my CAIPS, it consist of

PSDEC 1 SELDEC 1   IMM1017s Requested:No Date
BDEC     MEDDEC 0
OREQ 0  FINDEC  0

Status
SEC CRIM  is 1,   PS NOC: 4131,  SEL NOC:4131
 
SEC. DEC is 22/4/2012
BF'd is : 5/4/2011 but nothing heard from CHC.

I got 70 points and Officer written in CAIPS notes as " PA has obtained sufficient points to satisfy me that he will be able to become economically established in canada. I am satisfy that the points awarded to the applicant adequately reflect the applicants ability to settle in canada".

Officers Feedback is positive on my application still my file is not moving forward, file is " IN PROCESS" from 21st Oct 2011 desperately waiting for Medical request.

Please tell me what exactly CAIPS says??
It's already 5 months from in Process can please tell me when can i expect medicals??
