Hi,
I recieved the confirmation on 18-May-2010 from Nova Scotia for submitting the documents within 120 and the said documents were recieved at Visa office London on 13-Sep-2010.

Few days ago, I checked the online application status but there was no update about scruitiny of documents. But at this time, I am unable to login through E-CASE. Please help me.

Most probably it is just a glitch in the system. You have to wait for a few days I think and try again.

E.cas is not functioning properly so  do not worry.  It is system error.

I don't think we can provide more help other than to advise to wait a few more days.
If it really bother you then write a letter to your visa office. However, I personally think that it would be less helpful than just wait.
