Hi

i got a AEO approved by HRSDC last week and i showed 2 year part time work experience as an accountant when i submit my Resume to my employer  but now i am not able to get any reference letter from my employer as i am not having good relation with him

what should i do now HuhHuhHuhHuhHuhHuh??

please help me

its a problem you ll ve to tackle. there s no other way. talk to your HR and get a JD letter. its your right is nt it? i ll repeat again there s no other way to tackle this.

You can try to get reference letter from your former co-workers and clients.

Reference letter is very important document in the processing of FSW programme.

You check with your HR department incase your line manager is not giving you this letter. You try to convince your line manager softly and do not panic in front of him.
