Dear bilaltaj sorry I never knew that you had DM how did it happen? Did you get the DM status the same day you had IP status or it was sometimes afterward

Yes DM after one day of in process.. My inprocess date is 14 May and DM letter which I received on 4th June mentioning 15th May.

I have already submitted request for re-consideration on 9th June because they did not give me spouse education points and also not satisfy with my blood relation. VO gave me 65 points..  I hope that my case will be reconsidered inshallah.

But after my request with more proofs of blood relation and spouse education my ecas is not working.

I was not able to check my e-case since may 27. but a few days ago I entered to my status and found my address is lost and
the condition is : RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE . when clicking on it it is appear:


We received your application for permanent residence on June xx, 2010.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Ankara office. They are pending review.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 31, 2012. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 

what do you think about my condition?

 my attorney said there is no letter or email for me( if there would be any letter i think i will get it
after 2 weeks later)

You will definitely get it because in the past they had reopened the cases like these but tell me one thing that your case turned into DM from RBVO or you stayed in the In process state for a little while and what is your status on the ecase now

Decision has been made..

So, I don't know it shifted direct RBVO to DM or 2-3 days inprocess then DM.

I received a refusal letter date mentioning on it is 15th May..

So, it means my in process status was just 1 day..

Study the immigration guide and explain your situation point by point and fax, and send a copy of it to the program manager try to mention the stuff that whatever was asked in the application guide you provided for example if the guide says birth certificate of the relative you say in your letter that provided it

Thanks dear Khan,

I forwarded them a letter through DHL and it has bbeen received on 11th June and also send them an email and fully explain each and every thing with references..

VO gave me 65 points breakup is as follow:

Edu: 25
Exp: 21
Age: 10
Lan: 09

VO didn't give me my spouse edu. points and didn't mentioned in letter. VO just mentioned that he/she is not satasfied for proof of blood relation.

I have explained in detail and I hope that they will revise it.

Please tell me who is program manager and what's the email of Program manager so that I may forward him.
