Dear forum members,

is it necessary to inform cic about the uk working holiday maker visa - rejected and sealed on the passport.In background declaration form i didnt mention this.They refused in year 2005

Did u thoroughly look at Q6d of schedule A:Background Declaration? It asks if you have been refused visa (any kind) for Canada or ANY COUNTRY. I will suggest that upon receipt if PER and file is transferred to VO(if u havent received PER already) you send a new form to VO indicating this info. Otherwise you will be done for misrepresentation as VO does background/security check. Don't take this lightly. Good luck....Mandie
