UK Transit Visa from Canada or India (when returing India from Canada)

Hello,

My friend's parents are coming 2 Canada. After that they want o go UK (while they are returning 2 India).

I want to ask

Will they apply for UK transit VISA from Canada or from India??

I am eagerly waiting for useful replies.

have they had their airlines tickets bought? if they do not plan to change their plans, they can apply for UK transit visa in India, but they can equally do it in Canada too.
are you sure they need a transit visa? when I was travelling through London to the US I never needed a transit visa.

U stay in UK when u r gng to US through london. How long they can stay like 2 days or more then that?

I didn't stay in the UK - it was just a transit flight. but if your parents wish to stay in the UK even for 2 days, they will need to apply for visitor's visa.
