one of the forms needs to be signed under oath ,(to confirm that we are married) from the UK is it a commisioner of the Oath  or a Notary member?

what is the IMM number of that form?

the IMM form number is IMM5409 does this have to be attested by an notary or can i just take it to a soliciter commisioner of oath?
the photocopies that we send in have to be individually signed by the above person?
And the background declaration (IMM5669) does it have to be completed for every family member (as they are already Canadian Citizens) and i am being sponsored?

You don't need an IMM5409, you're not being sponsored as a common-law partner, you're a spouse.  Your marriage certificate legally establishes your relationship and when it began, which is what the IMM5409 does for common-law partners.

The IMM5669 is only for sponsored persons, your Canadian children and spouse do NOT need to fill it in.

you will get COPR and PPR both, first they will send you a PPR and upon collection of your passport you will get COPR aswell!

London is issuing COPR to the visa exempt countries but PPR!
