Hi,

I'm writing this on behalf of two friends, both from the UK who like me hope to travel to Vancouver in 2012/13. They are a couple and have been together for about 3 years, they plan to move in together this November so by time they want to go they will have lived together for over 12 months as common law partners.

The problem they have is that while Mary has a Masters Degree, degree, work experience in the social services and has family who live in Canada. But Andy doesn't have a degree and has spent most of the last 10 years running his family farm. Do you think Andy would be able to get sponsorship to work in canada as a sponsored common law partner?

If you would be able to help on this my friends would be very grateful.

Many Thanks
