Hi Osama, that's a goodstart!:)  Is it through Premiers? And lucky you, Quebec new rule states "Effective December 6, 2011, all new skilled worker candidates (principal claimants and spouses) who wish to obtain points for their French proficiency must demonstrate this proficiency by enclosing with their immigration application the results of a French evaluation test issued by one of the two organizations recognized by the Ministère...I look forward submitting my docs and I'm considering applying directly by mailing all my docs.

Do not go with Premiers Shocked  check out this thread:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/-t38487.0.html

You can do it on your own buddy.. its easy.. Let me know if you need help..

My case if a bit complicated, simply I applied to FSW 4 years back but got rejected. So I had to reapply through them because they know the case.

Hi there!

From my personal experience, you can get it from Mina police office. Get their number from 181 to ask about the document required.

Hi there!

Does anyone knows how to get the UAE police clearance?

you can get the police clearance from dubai police HQ, which is the one in al qusais- enter through the  gate fronting the dubai-sharja road, however, it is easier, cheaper and faster to apply in abu dhabi in the ministry of interior HQ at the back of the big mosque near the zayed sports stadium.  and for filipinos who will be needing an NBI, you also need to get a finger prints and the police men in abu dhabi MOI-HQ can also do this for you.
