Dear Fellow Applicants,Posted this in the Dubai Applicants ..Just needed more advice before taking action

I 'm in a situation that needs your kind advise ,If you know the right answer or even have a thought please do not hesitate to tell ,  seniors are more than welcome to provide their kind advise.

I have been terminated from my Job recently I had my medicals sent on 7-10-2010 and I've sent the RPRFee and PCC
on 8-10-2010

my question is that at this stage does the :1)Changing my sponsor
2)cancellation of my UAE residence visa
affect my passport request and visa issuing or have an impact on the officers decision?Huh

Thanks in advance for your support

Hi Buddy,

Fernendez has opined correctly. No, it doesn't effect - but u r required to let them know your current occupational disposition though.

Qorax,
It appears that my situation is bleak. Our company is downsizing and 60% of the staff are already terminated. What in your opinion if i get termination notice and have to leave G.C.C. Will my file get close from London office?

I applied in 2008 and complete documents were sent in April 2009 and since then waiting for Medicals.

Any idea what will they do whenever my company terminates me and i inform them of the latest situation?

The pre-opined termination (if any) isn't going to affect your case processing in anyway, Relax!

Usually they wouldn't close or transfer your file, unless u ask them to, or unless it's required for system integrity.

Dear Captain,

Further to our last discussion ,I have sent the VO an inquiry asking for the passport request (Prior to sending any info about my new situation) ,I have received the following reply:

Dear Sir,

I can confirm that your application is pending review by an Immigration Officer. We will be in contact when there have been further developments with the processing of your file.

Regards

IMS

Kindly advise if I should proceed with this issue and send my new situation full status or wait for further notice from their side only.

Thanks,
